Yes, it is a fact. I finished today the writing of my book. Well, it is actually a novella. As per the definition that a novel/book has more than 40K words. Currently, the counter is at roughly 28K.

Onward with the editing. Lots of things will pop up while doing that. Of course multiple spelling errors, but most likely also characters that do something at the end that can not be true as I clearly stated earlier in the book that that character was not able to do it. Things like at the end: “Bob walked away with a broad smile on his face.”, while writing in one of the first chapters that Bob lost both his legs during a war.

I wonder how much words are left in the book after editing. More or less?
